Lasdon House Dormitory

This 15 story, occupied, residential student housing facility has received a complete restoration. The project began with a total restoration of the building façade, new roof installation and a complete HVAC infrastructure upgrade. Later phases included interior renovations of student apartments and the main lobby. Special coordination with the student population was key in this undertaking as every occupant of the building was affected by the work. Weekly meetings on pre-planned events helped to facilitate access and construction with the least amount of disruption to the student population.
