Out of the ground construction of a new parking facility directly across the street from St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital Campus. The parking facility serves the surrounding blocks and also acts as an “anchor facility” to allow support for the growth of downtown Newburgh’s transportation infrastructure. A heliport was installed on the upper level to further extend the geographic impact of the hospital’s Emergency & Critical Care Department.
