Journal Square - PATH Offices

This project was a gut renovation of one floor within the Port Authority’s Journal Square Main Headquarters in New Jersey. Construction tasks occurred within the facility while it remained fully occupied and functioning. The space was fitted out with executive offices, cubicle areas, reception desk, administrative spaces, filing and storage areas and all related infrastructure upgrades. Offices for the Port Authority Police and DEA units were included in this renovation. Project-specific construction logistics included task scheduling that has to take into account the need for controlled access for both labor and materials due to the security nature of on-going building operations.
