This project consisted of the demolition of an existing 2-story structure to make room for construction of a new 2-story office building intended to house the administrative staff of N.O.I.T.U. A new basement was created to accommodate extensive filing space. Also included was the renovation of an adjacent existing building to create new computer rooms, IT infrastructure, electrical and mechanical support services, staff offices, conference rooms, supervisor areas, and all new lobby and facade.
