OB/GYN Services, Post-Patum Unit & Neo-Natal Intensive Care Facility

Renovation of approximately 24,000 square feet of existing Post-Partum Units on the 7th & 8th floors of Mt. Sinai’s Klingenstein Pavilion. The project includes 8 single-patient rooms, 1 luxury suite, 5 double-patient rooms, and support facilities. Public and visitors areas are being provided and will feature a lounge and a café. The building infrastructure system had to be upgraded, including all new tenth floor mechanical equipment room. Future plans call for an additional passenger elevator to improve access to the upper floors.
