Emergency Generator Expansion

Furnish and install two 1,250 KW emergency generators in sublevel-3 of Annenberg Pavilion. Project included special rigging of the units in sections; a completely new interior Riser System traveling some 36 stories up the building; all local distribution on occupied floors; and a new 30,000-gallon fuel oil storage tank installed in a vault under the Madison Avenue sidewalk. The load distribution for the entire building was rebalanced with this project followed by a complete commissioning process.
