Out of the ground construction of corporate world headquarters, project included the construction of a new 300,000 square foot, three-story building.  The three-story glass atrium at the front of the building is the center-point of the facility.  The interiors portion of the project included high-end finishes to the executive office suites that included details such as etched glass partitions, glass-fronted cabinets, built-in bookshelves and inlaid wood floors. Other employee amenities include upscale administrative office suites, a full-sized auditorium with acoustics and A/V package, employee commissary and dining facilities and an on-site employee fitness center.  The project featured an infrastructure package that included the installation of electrical generators capable of handling the entire building’s power load independent of ConEdison.
