Chandler Hall - 700 & 800 Levels

On October 4th, 2004, Morgan began the construction of a series of laboratories within Chandler hall; levels 600, 700 & 800. As a result of an aggressive pre-construction buy-out program, Morgan established a significant construction budget savings to the Owner. Construction on all three levels included construction of new optical laboratories, construction of both wet & dry laboratories, installation of lab benches, fume hoods, and all associated electrical, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure upgrades.
